BASF to sell electrolytes manufacturing site in China to Shenzhen Capchem
Transaction expected to be closed in the next 60 to 90 days
German materials company BASF has signed an agreement to sell its electrolytes manufacturing plant in Suzhou, China to Shenzhen Capchem, the company announced in a press release earlier this month.
