Toyota Boshoku acquires 4.2% stake in TACHI-S
Deal is valued at USD26.6 million
Toyota Boshoku has acquired 4.17% stake in Tachi-S by purchasing 1,521,000 shares of the latter for around JPY3 billion (USD26.6 million), Toyota Boshoku announced in a press release last week (30 June).
