German carmaker to announce investment worth tens of millions of pound in the next three months

BMW plans to take a final decision regarding where the automaker will build its new Mini Electric car by the end of September, Reuters reported on 1 July citing an interview with Ian Robertson, member of the board responsible for sales. Apart from the current location in Oxford, in the United Kingdom, the company is exploring options to build the electric car at its plant in the Netherlands or in Germany.
