Tenneco to close manufacturing plant in Australia
Plant produces Walker brand of exhaust systems
Tenneco plans to close its Clean Air manufacturing plant in O’Sullivan Beach, Adelaide (Australia) when GM and Toyota end vehicle operation in the country in October this year, the US-based suppler said in a regulatory filing last week. The company’s O’Sullivan Beach plant produces Walker brand of exhaust systems. The plant closure will result in loss of 128 jobs.
