Mobileye’s takeover by Intel receives approvals in Germany, Austria
Acquisition to position Intel as a major player in ADAS and autonomous driving
Mobileye has announced that the German Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt) and the Austrian Federal Competition Authority (Bundeswettbewerbsbehörde) have approved its proposed acquisition by Intel, the Israel-based company said in press release yesterday (10 July).
