US asks automakers to recall 2.7 million additional Takata-supplied airbags
Recall affects Nissan, Mazda and Ford vehicles
The US regulatory agency National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has declared an additional 2.7 million airbag inflators supplied by Takata as defective based on new testing results, reports Reuters.
