Deal, expected to close in second half of 2017, is valued at USD3.2 billion

Norway-based aluminum firm Norsk Hydro has signed an agreement with Orkla to take full ownership in their 50:50 joint venture Sapa for NOK 27 billion (USD3.2 billion), Norsk Hydro said in a press release on 10 July.
