GaN Systems to use funds raised to expand global sales, accelerate new product development
BMW i Ventures, a corporate venture capital unit of the BMW Group, has made an investment in GaN Systems, an Ottawa (Canada)-based provider of power transistors, the automaker announced in a press release yesterday (18 July).
