Faurecia acquires majority stake in Chinese infotainment supplier Jiangxi Coagent Electronics
Deal expected to close before the end of 2017
Faurecia has acquired a majority stake in China-based infotainment supplier Jiangxi Coagent Electronics (Jiangxi) for CNY1.45 billion (USD214.6 million), the French automotive supplier said in a press release yesterday (19 July).
