Munksjö, Ahlstrom merger creates global leader in fiber-based solutions
Merger announced in November 2016 received EC approval in March 2017
Sweden-based Munksjö Oyj and Finland-based Ahlstrom Corporation completed merger of their businesses, according to a company press release. The merger was announced in November 2016 and received approvals from the European Commission (EC) in March 2017.
