Renault has collaborated with Microsoft and VISEO in for creating a digital car maintenance book prototype, leveraging Blockchain technology, the French automaker said in a press release on 25 July. The new digital platform streamlines information system across diverse stakeholders including automakers, insurers, repair shops and drivers. “This digital car maintenance book will enable us to provide our customers with new services in an ecosystem alongside insurers and dealers,” said Elie Elbaz, director of Digital & Connected Vehicles at Renault.
