Nouveau Monde partners with Shinzoom to market Li-ion anode material in North America
To form distribution JV to be owned 51% by Shinzoom, 49% by Nouveau Monde
Nouveau Monde Graphite (Nouveau Monde) has signed a non-binding letter of intent (LOI) with Hunan Zhongke Shinzoom (Shinzoom), a China-based lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery anode producer and developer, according to Nouveau Monde press release earlier this week (25 July).
