US-based chipmaker expects to complete Mobileye’s take over in third quarter this year
Intel has further extended its cash tender offer to purchase all outstanding ordinary shares of Mobileye to 11 August 2017, according to a press release by Mobileye on 31 July. The US-based chipmaker, which agreed to acquire Mobileye in March this year, is offering cash tender offer through its wholly owned subsidiary Cyclops Holdings. The company’s previously announced cash tender offer was scheduled to expire on 28 July 2017 unless the tender is further extended or earlier terminated.
