Ford to launch Chariot shuttle service in New York
US automaker aims to expand Chariot service to eight cities globally by fall this year
Ford will launch its app-based Chariot shuttle service in New York this month, the US-based automaker said in a press release last week. The shuttle service uses 12-seat Ford Transit vans to shuttle people between their home and transit centers such as train and subway stations. It uses real-time traffic data to determine routes in densely populated cities.
