car2go reports 40% y/y growth in service usage in North America in H1 2017
Company records strong growth in membership following introduction of Mercedes-Benz vehicles in car-sharing fleet
Daimler’s one-way car-sharing service car2go has recorded 40% year-over-year (y/y) growth in usage across its 11 locations in North America in the first half of this year, the company said in a press release on 7 August. The car-sharing company’s members took 4.5 million trips in the first six months and spent 33% more time in travelling in car2go vehicles.
