Wheels India’s Q1 standalone net profit down 13.7% y/y to USD1.95 million
Company plans capacity expansion in India
Wheels India reported a 13.7% year-over-year (y/y) decline in net profit to INR126.3 million (USD1.95 million as on 30 June 2017) for the first quarter ended 30 June 2017, the Indian supplier said in a regulatory filing. The company witnessed lower net profit despite 6.2% y/y growth in revenue to INR6.12 billion. Wheels India also recorded 3.6% y/y decline in profit before tax to INR197.7 million.
