Tesla to issue senior notes worth USD1.8 billion
Notes will have an annual interest rate of 5.3%
In less than a week after Tesla's proposed USD1.5 billion senior notes offering, the company has announced that it has agreed to issue and sell USD1.8 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due in 2025, according to a company press release on 11 August.
