Nissan LEAF popular among taxi operators in Italian city Florence
67 of the 70 operators decided to buy a Leaf Enel edition for taxi service
The Nissan Leaf electric car is the most popular zero-emission car among taxi drivers in Florence (Italy), the Japanese automaker announced in a press release on 15 August. Last year, the Municipality of Florence came released a tender notice that involved license for 70 zero-emission cars for use as taxi in the city. According to Nissan, 67 of the 70 operators decided to buy a Leaf Enel edition for taxi service.
