Genesis introduces app to offer Google Assistant compatibility
New app allows Genesis owners send voice or text commands to their vehicles
Genesis has unveiled a new app for Google Assistant that allows owners control various functions in Genesis vehicles with simple voice commands or text inputs, the premium brand of Hyundai said in a press release on 16 August. The new app supports functions such as remote start, remote locking/unlocking, remote horn and lights, setting the climate control as well as sending a destination to the car’s navigation system.
