Ford to recall 8,900 Kuga SUV in Australia to fix defective seatbelt
Automaker requests affected vehicles owners to drive their vehicle with caution and at moderate speeds until they are serviced
US automaker Ford will recall 8,878 units of Kuga sport-utility vehicle (SUV) in Australia to fix defective seatbelts, according to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). The recall affects SUVs built from 11 December 2012 through 19 June 2014. According to the automaker there has been no report of accidents due to the problem.
