Sinotruk to acquire 34% stake in UQM; companies plan to form JV
The acquisition will be for approximately USD23.2 million
Sinotruk (BVI) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC), is set to acquire 34% stake in UQM Technologies, the US-based company announced in a press release on 28 August.
