Beijing Hyundai has not been able to pay suppliers amid declining vehicle sales leading manufacturing suspension at all four plants
Hyundai Motor has suspended operations at all of its four manufacturing plants in China due to supply disruptions, Reuters reported today (29 August). Beijing Hyundai, the South Korean automaker’s joint-venture in China, has not been able to pay its suppliers amid sharp decline in its vehicle sales in the Chinese market in response to diplomatic tension between the two countries.
