Continental develops smart vehicle access system
New solution enhances user convenience and offer vehicle designer greater designing flexibility
Continental has expanded its offering in the area of digital vehicle access, the Germany-based automotive supplier said in a press release on 29 August. The company has developed a new automatic emergency unlocking system that allows users to access their vehicle even in a situation when the car battery is worn out. The new solution, along with Continental Smart Access (CoSmA), makes vehicle door intelligent providing users hands-free access and digital operations of vehicle.
