Schaeffler to merge three Indian entities into a single firm

New entity to be a size of INR35.70 billion (USD586 million)

German auto component maker Schaeffler will merge its three group firms into a single entity. According to a press release by the company on 30 August, the company will merge INA India and LuK India into Schaeffler India Limited.
