VOXX completes sale of Hirschmann Car Communication to TE Connectivity
Company plans to use proceeds from sale to repay debts
VOXX International has completed sale of Hirschmann Car Communication business to a subsidiary of TE Connectivity, the US-based company said in a press release on 31 August. The divestment included sale of Hirschmann's antenna, smart antenna, multi-digital tuner and commercial asset tracking businesses.
