Audi’s flagship sedan uses HERE Electronic Horizon software to compile a model of the road using predictive road data
HERE is supplying its advanced navigation and location technologies to all-new A8 sedan, the company said in a press release on 7 September. The company is providing its three-dimensional (3D) maps to the new-generation MMI navigation system inside the new flagship sedan. The MMI navigation helps drivers take the optimal route to work, taking into account current road conditions and live updates of the potential hazard on the road, if any. The navigation system also help drivers find parking space as their vehicle reaches its destination.
