IAA 2017: HELLA showcases radar, camera functions for autonomous driving
German supplier also showcase SHAKE sensor technology
HELLA is showcasing its 77GHZ radar sensors at the International Motor Show (IAA) in Frankfurt, Germany. The radar sensors feature the radar system chip, based on RF-CMOS technology. According to a press release by HELLA, the architecture of the sensor makes it possible for both signaling functions and self-diagnosis features, in one single chip. The sensor’s self-diagnosis feature enables monitoring of all functions at any time.
