Alphabet mulls USD1 billion investment in Lyft
The investment from Alphabet could help Lyft fund its expansions
Alphabet, the parent company of Google and Waymo, is considering investing around USD1 billion in ride-sharing company Lyft, Bloomberg reported today citing people familiar with the development. The investment may come from Google or CapitalG, a private equity unit of Alphabet, the reports said.
