GKN names Kevin Cummings as new CEO
Also appoints Jos Sclater as the new group finance director
GKN has named Kevin Cummings as the new CEO. Cummings will replace Nigel Stein, who has informed the company’s board of his plan to retire, the company announced in a press release on 14 September.
