GM, its Chinese JV to recall over 2.5 million vehicles over defective airbags
Recall covers imported Saab and Opel, and Chevrolet and Buick vehicles
SAIC General Motors Co and General Motors China will recall 2.53 million cars over faulty airbag inflators, according to a statement published on the official website of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) last week.
