Knorr-Bremse withdraws public offer for Haldex
Earlier this month Swedish Securities Council refused permission for an extension of the acceptance period that expired on 26 September
German brake systems supplier Knorr-Bremse has withdrawn its public offer for Swedish rival Haldex and thus terminated the merger clearance process, Haldex announced in a press release yesterday (19 September).
