BorgWarner completes acquisition of Sevcon
Company had announced the acquisition in July
BorgWarner has completed the acquisition of Sevcon, a UK-based supplier of electric vehicle (EV) technologies, the company said in a press release on 28 September. Sevcon offers a diverse range of controllers, DC/DC converters and battery charging systems used in electrification for on-road and off-road vehicles as well as marine and construction equipment.
