DOJ wants Showa Denko to sell two former SGL graphite electrode sites in US
SGL Group announced last week (28 September) that the US Department of Justice (DOJ) has approved the sale of SGL’s graphite electrode business to Showa Denko on condition that the new owner, Showa Denko, has to dispose two former SGL graphite electrode sites in the United States for competitive reasons to a third party.
