Move aimed at diluting influence of Hastor family
Chinese supplier Ningbo Jifeng Auto Parts has raised stake in Grammer to 25.5%, up from 20% earlier, to further dilute the Hastor family's influence on the German automotive interior parts maker, reports Reuters.
