SGL Group acquires JV partner’s stake in Benteler-SGL
The transaction makes SGL sole owner of JV
SGL Group, through its wholly-owned subsidiary SGL Technologies Composites Holding, has acquired the 50% stake of Benteler Carbon Composites Beteiligungs, a Benteler subsidiary, in their joint venture (JV) Benteler-SGL, according to a joint press release by two companies.
