Infineon’s chips support autonomous driving in new Audi A8
German supplier’s electronics solutions are also used in other applications in Audi’s flagship sedan
Infineon is supplying various chips including sensors, microcontrollers (MCUs) and power semiconductors to the all-new Audi A8 sedan to support its autonomous driving capability, the Germany-based automotive electronics supplier said in a press release on 30 November.
