Company claims new LCA2 IC will make commercial deployment of solid-state Lidar in autonomous vehicles possible by as early as 2020

LeddarTech will present its 3D solid-state Lidar integrated circuit (IC), LeddarCore LCA2, which will enable mass production of Lidar sensors for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving applications, at the CES 2018 next month in Las Vegas, Nevada (the United States), the company said in a press release on 5 December.
