Swedish families to test Volvo cars with self-driving technology on public roads
Families to test a modified Volvo XC90
Two Swedish families have started testing Volvo cars with self-driving technology on public roads of Gothenburg, Sweden, the automaker announced in a press release on 12 December. The families will be testing the XC90 sport utility vehicle (SUV) under the ‘Drive Me’ project. According to the automaker, three more families will join the project early next year. In the next four years, up to 100 people will be involved in Drive Me project.
