Continental, Huawei jointly test C-V2X technology in China
C-V2X is emerging as a promising wireless communication technology for use in connected and automated vehicles
Continental and Huawei have jointly conducted field trails of cellular vehicle to everything (C-V2X) technology in Shanghai, China, the company said in a press release on 18 December. The trials conducted in the National Intelligence Connected Vehicle Pilot Zone in Shanghai, named “A Nice City”, utilized Huawei’s prototype C-V2X module and infrastructure for use cases such as emergency brake light and stationary vehicle warning.
