Chinese taxi operator, three partners to start EV ride-hailing service in Shanghai
Companies plan to begin the service following the Chinese Lunar New Year in February 2018
Chinese taxi operator Shanghai Qiang Sheng Holding has entered a strategic cooperating agreement with the State Grid (Shanghai) Electric Vehicle Service Company, Zhejiang Geely Holding Group’s subsidiary Hangzhou YouXing Technology, and Japanese taxi company Tokyo MK Corporation to start electric vehicle (EV) ride-hailing service in Shanghai (China), China Daily reported on 28 December.
