Association plans to help develop a certification system for manufacturers to implement charging systems into their products
US-based ON Semiconductors has joined the global Charging Interface Initiative e.V. (CharIN) to promote standards for electric vehicle (EV) charging systems, create requirements for the evolution of EV charging systems and develop a certification system for manufacturers to implement charging systems into their products, the company announced in a press release last week.
