Motherson Sumi to invest USD14 million for a 4.5% equity stake in Ossia
Motherson Sumi Systems, a group company of Samvardhana Motherson Group (SMG), through its subsidiary Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Systems Group (SMRPBV), has entered into a joint venture (JV) with Ossia to bring the latter’s Cota wireless power technology into vehicle interiors, the two companies announced in separate press releases on 9 January.
