SGL Carbon sells stake in SGL Kümpers to JV partner Kümpers
The deal allows SGL to concentrate the production of composites and composite components across five sites in Germany and Austria
SGL Carbon SE has sold its majority stake of 51% in the SGL Kümpers GmbH & Co to its joint venture (JV) partner Kümpers GmbH and Franz-Jürgen Kümpers, the company announced in a press release yesterday (10 January).
