Ford integrates Waze navigation app into Sync 3 infotainment system
Company claims to be the first automaker to integrate the Waze app in vehicles
At the CES 2018 in Las Vegas, United States, last week, Ford announced the integration of Waze navigation app into its Sync 3 infotainment system. The integration will enable the Waze users to plug their smartphones into a Sync 3-enabled Ford vehicle and project the app directly on the vehicle’s touch screen. The users will also be able to project real-time traffic and navigation information on to Ford’s Sync 3 touch screen and access the services by voice commands.
