Toyota Tsusho to acquire 15% stake in Australian lithium miner Orocobre
To acquire stake for USD232 million
Toyota Tsusho, a member of the Toyota Group, has signed a share subscription agreement to acquire a 15% stake in Australian lithium miner Orocobre for approximately AUD292 million (USD232 million), according to a company press release on 16 January.
