Topy Industries to acquire Ring Techs
Acquisition expected to be completed in February 2018
Topy Industries has signed a share transfer agreement with Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation (NSSMC) to acquire the latter’s wholly owned subsidiary Ring Techs Co., Ltd., the two companies announced in separate press releases.
