US FTC grants early termination of waiting period regarding KSS’ pending acquisition of Takata
KSS expects to complete the acquisition in the first quarter of 2018.
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in the United States has granted Key Safety Systems (KSS) early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 with respect to KSS’ pending acquisition of Takata, the company announced in a press release on 23 January.
