KYB to inject capital into KYB-Mando to strengthen the company’s financial position
KYB announced yesterday (29 January) that its board of directors agreed to purchase additional shares of KYB-Mando do Brasil Fabricante de Autopeças S/A (KMB), a 50-50 joint-venture (JV) between KYB and Mando that was established in 2011.
