Broadcom offers final bid for Qualcomm takeover
New offer is 17.1% more than Broadcom’s previous offer and values Qualcomm at around USD121 billion
Broadcom has announced its final offer to acquire rival Qualcomm, the company said in press release on 5 February. Under the revised offer, the company is willing to pay USD82 per share—USD60 in cash and remainder in shares—for all outstanding shares of Qualcomm.
