Gestamp acquires Brazilian plant to supply Toyota; appoints new finance director
Acquisition in line with Spanish supplier’s strategy to expand sales to Japanese automakers
Gestamp has signed an agreement to acquire a manufacturing plant in Brazil from the local supplier Scorpios Indústria Metalúrgica Limitada for an undisclosed amount, the Spain-based auto parts company said in a press release on 13 February.
